Not at all. Most of our clients aren't home during their clean. We'll arrange key access or a key safe with you at the point of booking. You'll receive post-clean photos so you can see everything that was done.

We use professional-grade, eco-conscious cleaning products throughout. All equipment is brought by your cleaner — you don't need to provide anything. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, we note these and accommodate them on every visit.

Yes — this is one of our core commitments. We match you with a named cleaner from your first visit and they remain yours. In the rare event of absence, we'll always let you know in advance and arrange a suitable cover with your approval.

Payment is taken securely via bank transfer or card after your clean is complete. Regular clients are invoiced monthly. We never charge until you're satisfied with the service.

No contracts, no minimum term. You can pause or cancel at any time with 48 hours' notice. We earn your continued business by being worth it — not by locking you in.

We typically have availability within 3–5 days. For urgent requests — end of tenancy, pre-viewing cleans — contact us directly via WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate you sooner.
